These terms apply to purchases from Huimengtoys at dollar6688.com. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over a conflicting term.
Products and descriptions
Select the exact style, quantity and other options you want before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the available styles. Handmade details and screen colours may vary slightly, but products must still match their description and any agreed specifications. A standard catalogue style is not automatically a personalised product.
Use each item for its intended purpose and follow any care and safety instructions provided. Products with small decorative parts should be kept away from young children and pets. Do not assume a decorative item is suitable for food contact or another use unless the product description expressly confirms it.
Orders and availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your order before placing it. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; it does not by itself confirm dispatch or successful payment. We will not treat a pending or failed payment as a paid order.
If an item is unavailable, cannot be delivered, or has a material listing error, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different product, increase the agreed price or add a charge without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled and you do not agree to an alternative, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled goods.
Prices and payments
Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the amount collected by us, including any displayed tax, discounts and shipping. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under your agreement with them. Import charges may be assessed separately as explained in our Shipping Policy.
The payment methods currently offered are shown at checkout. PayPal processes PayPal and eligible credit/debit card payments. Payment may be subject to the provider’s authentication and fraud checks. Never send payment credentials through a contact form or order note.
Free shipping and delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping to destinations accepted at checkout, with no minimum order and no coupon requirement. Processing, delivery estimates, address changes, customs and delayed or missing parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy. Any item-specific timeframe agreed before purchase applies to that order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Standard, non-personalised products have a voluntary 30-day return-request period starting on delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Faulty-goods rights, statutory withdrawal periods and mandatory refund deadlines remain unaffected.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse payment details, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. If an order requires a fraud or address check, we may pause processing while we contact you; this does not remove any refund or delivery rights.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains order data, payments, cookies, contact forms, subscriptions and cart reminders. Placing an order is not, by itself, agreement to unrelated promotional messages. You may unsubscribe from optional messages without losing order support.
Problems and your legal rights
Please contact us with your order number if something goes wrong. We will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes a statutory warranty, requires you to waive a consumer remedy, or prevents you from using a payment-provider dispute process or a competent court or consumer authority.
Any applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available to you. These terms do not require arbitration or a waiver of collective remedies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, together with any separately agreed terms. We will not retrospectively reduce your rights by changing a policy.
