We offer free standard shipping on orders placed at Huimengtoys. Please read the details below before ordering, especially if you need an item for a particular date.
Free standard shipping
- Standard shipping is free for destinations currently accepted at checkout.
- There is no minimum order value and no coupon is required.
- The shipping charge shown at checkout is $0.00. Free shipping does not include any import charges assessed separately by local authorities.
Destinations and delivery addresses
Enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including your postal code and a contact telephone number where requested. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly before dispatch.
Carrier coverage and local restrictions may affect delivery to a particular address. If we cannot deliver your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not impose an additional shipping charge after purchase without your agreement.
Processing and dispatch
Handmade items may require preparation before dispatch. Any item-specific processing estimate shown on the product page or agreed before purchase applies to that order. If you need a firm dispatch or arrival date, please contact us before ordering.
If no dispatch period is stated, we will dispatch within 30 calendar days after receiving a completed, paid order, or contact you within that period with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will not treat silence as agreement to an indefinite delay. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law still applies.
Transit times and tracking
Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination, carrier, customs clearance and local conditions. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise. When tracking is available, we will provide it using the contact details on your order.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where required. Your statutory delivery rights are not affected.
Customs, duties and taxes
The order total and any charges collected by us are shown at checkout. For international deliveries, local authorities may assess import duties, taxes or clearance fees separately. These charges are not included in free shipping unless expressly stated. Contact your local customs office if you need an estimate before buying.
Cancellations and returns
To request a cancellation or address change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Free outbound shipping does not automatically include free return shipping.
